Sales Roadmap

Okay so we are using the term sales roadmap, but this can easily be a marketing roadmap or for that matter any roadmap that shows decision points in the journey from prospect to becoming a customer.

We have created a simple framework that anyone can start using to generate more sales. This framework has scalability and predictability built in.

The core of what we teach is about creating your sales roadmap.  It is the FIRST step in building high converting sales funnels and in this post we want to give you a real quick overview.

We differentiate a hyper converting funnels from average sales funnels based on results. The biggest difference is high conversion and more sales. So fasten your seatbelt and let’s go on a quick journey of learning what it takes to create amazing results.

Start with your sales roadmap

Aside from being a firm believer in creating scalable and more predictable funnels and sales  pipelines, we like things that are practical. That means whatever we teach must be applicable to everyday life. This framework is designed to be practical. What you learn here is something that you can start applying to your sales and marketing funnels TODAY.

Why do we start with roadmap first?

Because without a roadmap we’re lost! We end up going from one thing to next. And that leads to more frustration, more lost resources, and possibly failure.

Nobody wants that!

Your sales roadmap is a tool that helps you make sure you’re not deviating from your original goal.

BUT if you’re just starting, don’t worry about creating a detailed roadmap yet. Start by mapping your customer key decision points first and then add details.

What's a Sales Roadmap?

A sales roadmap is a path that shows you how to get from point A to point B.

It can start with the first interaction that a prospect has with your business and end when they become a customer.

You can have different roadmaps for different product categories.

In the crazy busy world of business there are often many paths to choose from, but which one is the right path for YOU?

The challenge is knowing  how to develop a sales roadmap that makes sense for your business.

In reality, there are only a FEW roadmaps THAT ACTUALLY WORK!

So we have created a 4 step process that dramatically simplifies your sales and marketing job, and shows you a STEP-BY-STEP process how to win more sales in less time. A roadmap is your GPS system to find, qualify, and engage with opportunities to generate more sales.

When you enroll in my 6 lesson high ticket sales funnel training, you’ll learn the 4 key elements that can help you multiply sales. You’ll learn how to create a massive advantage for your business. And you’ll use specific tactics to create YOUR 6 and 7 figure sales funnels.

we love our Gps system

It’s funny how dependent we are to our GPS systems. We can get lost very quickly without a map. One of the reasons why we love our GPS systems is because it provides turn-by-turn directions in real time! That's similar to what a sales roadmap does for your business.

You need to have a roadmap for your sales and marketing. Just make sure you have an effective roadmap that matches your actual customer journey.

We use a systematic process to develop this roadmap and It's the very first thing we teach in our training.

So you may be thinking where is the starting point of the roadmap?

By definition a roadmap has starting point(s) and ending point(s). In business often there are multiple starting points. For example your prospects can start interacting with your business through trade shows, conferences, and your website.

The outcome of these interactions depend on a number of things. Some are ready to make a purchase decision, some are just starting to look, and others are just tire kickers.

But regardless of your customer journey, your roadmap shows the path your prospects take before becoming customers. Even though this path can be unique to each customer, the decision points are similar between different customers.

You can spend an incredible amount of time looking for leads, cold calling, sending cold emails to people that you hardly even know.

That's why leadgen can get really expensive. If you don't have an effective roadmap, lead generation initiatives have a low probability of success. Again that’s why creating a roadmap is the very first thing we teach because It sets the stage for everything else.

Our 4 step framework helps you get more predictability and better control of your sales process. It can literally change your life. This framework is modeled after 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing, learning from the best, experimenting with different strategies, making mistakes, and learning from those mistakes.

When a sales funnel is fine tuned to your business, it can get you to 2X and 4X results. We don’t promise that you’ll be making those multipliers, but if you apply what we teach, it can transform your business.

If you’re a service provider, a consultant, or a coach, there is a constant ebb and flow of either too much or too little work. And that’s because the funnel is not setup correctly. The engagements and feed positions are not working effectively.

The funnel you’ll build in our training is designed to consistently produce new opportunities. It sends opportunities through a filtration engine so the tire kickers and non qualifiers get filtered out (temporarily). It then delivers the best most qualified leads to you and the best part is you can CONTROL it.

You can regulate the engagement of leads by the turn of the dial. A cleverly designed funnel is an advanced behavioral engine. It works based on a set of triggers and actions that your audience takes based on engagement.

Leads are engaged at different levels. Based on your audience’s behavior they are then presented targeted messages and high value content that helps solve a problem.

This is a game changer. Imagine if every morning you woke up, you have qualified leads waiting for you in your inbox.

If you were to hire us to consult with you, one of the first things that we’d do is sit in front of a whiteboard and map out your sales funnel. We’d start with your business and how you’re selling. We’d talk about your audience and their needs and how you engage them, and how you position your offer relative to your competitors.

We’d then talk about your marketing hooks, sales tactics and how you find new opportunities. So bottom line is regardless of your offer, there are certain basic things you need to do to be able to be successful.

Disclaimer: Just because you have a sales funnel and a roadmap doesn’t mean you can automatically multiply sales. Your offer plays a big role in your success. A poor product with a great sales funnel is not a sustainable way to do business.

In conclusion, I hope this post was informative and helpful, hopefully, it gave you creative ideas to build more effective sales funnels for your business. If you found this post helpful, consider getting our 6 lesson course to dive into details for building high converting sales funnel.
